The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has reported on how hospitals, and other parts of the NHS are performing across the country– including Westminster. Services provided in our area were generally rated “excellent” but the quality of commissioning (how care is “bought in”) was only “fair”. These ratings are important because the CQC has strong legal powers to regulate how care is provided.
