Governance Document

Following a consultation, procedures were established for how Westminster LINk will work. These are outlined in the "Governing Document" which can be downloaded below. The document contains 8 sections, each of which explains a specific area of the LINk's work. They are:

Enter and View

The LINk's powers include those to Enter and View premises where health or social care services are provided. This section of our governance document gives information about these visits and a code of conduct for LINks members undertaking them.
