National charity Counsel and Care has created an information and advice service for Westminster’s older people and their families.

Trained advisers will be on hand to discuss people’s options and give information relevant to their particular situation.

Questions of concern could include getting support to stay in your own home, what to consider if you’re thinking of moving to supported housing or a care home, advice on leaving hospital, advice with your finances paying for care and what to do if you think you’ve been treated unfairly.
