A group of Westminster LINk members is currently investigating various aspects of social care services in our area and testing the quality of service provision.

The main work of the Social Care Working Group is to look at how Social Services controls the quality of home care services – what used to be called “home help”.  What are Social Services doing to make sure that home carers keep to time and do good work? We have also queried Social Services about why waiting times for assessments were getting longer and are considering their response. Please click here to download a copy of the groups work plan.
